COVID 19 Protocol: - Manage and prioritize large volumes of information from suppliers regarding up coming price changes, surcharges, and tariffs. Format vendor price files, validate data is accurate and contains required fields before publishing in FGI system. Respond to pricing queries from sales and other employees as needed - Responsible for compiling data from various sources and performing cost variance analysis. Responsible for data cleanse in preparation of migration to a new ERP system - As we continue to grow, our focus will be on digital transformation which will see current product information management (PIM) processes become more streamlined. You will play a key role in assisting the PIM team with product content information to provide rich, clean content upon demand.Qualifications & Experience: - Post-secondary education in data analytics or equivalent experiencepreferred. Understanding of general business practices including external factors that impact the business, industry, product strategy and pricing. Advanced proficiency in Excel a must with the ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data. Previous experience with costing, data management and price file implementation an asset - Knowledge of Power Queries, SQL and Power BI an asset. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams for communication and virtual meetings. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills.Work Conditions - Busy office setting.
