Infrastructure Project Management SpecialistOn behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Project Management Specialist for a 12-month Hybrid contract engagement in Richmond, BC. Our client is looking for an experienced Infrastructure PM is required to manage a wide range of projects. Cybersecurity “The focus is primarily on Telephony Contact Center and M365, however other Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Unified Communications products may be included.”. Projects encompass voice/contact centre feature implementation and sustainment needs, as well as M365 enhancement projects and implementations. This includes the sustainment of TEAMS voice for business users as well as the delivery of the Contact Center voice platform.. Assist in leading CaaS solution sustainment and implementation of new features and enhancements. This opportunity will help provide Contact Center as a Service with a multi-channel customer experience to Contact Center operations. • Act as Lead Project Manager in managing the operational enhancements and new feature implementation of M365• Act as a Lead Project Manager in various client facing Infrastructure initiatives. Project Management Specialist - Mandatory Skills: 9+ years of project management of medium to large initiatives in an enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience with Contact Center implementations and Contact Center technologies in an Enterprise level organization. Demonstrated experience in M365 implementation with M365 Teams Voice and related technologies in an Enterprise level organization. Demonstrated experience in managing Enterprise upgrades of client computing devices (Windows), networks and other client facing infrastructure. Demonstrated experience in using a variety of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall. Extensive knowledge in the development and implementation of a quality management program, preferably in the public sector. Extensive experience in project management including creating and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and resources; status reporting; managing project issues and risks; and change control. Extensive experience managing teams including the ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including effective reporting and presentation skills. Based locally (lower mainland). May need to report to the office frequently depending on project requirement.
