Customer Service Representative

Our customers – More than 100,000 customers in North America: kitchen and bathroom cabinet, storage and closet, home furnishing and office furniture manufacturers, residential and commercial woodworkers, and hardware retailers including renovation superstores.Our team – 2,700 people, close to half of whom focus on sales and marketing, and more than 50% of whom are Richelieu shareholders. We are looking to fill a permanent position of Customer Service Agent at our Moncton Branch of Richelieu Hardware Ltd who will contribute to the fulfillment of our commitment to provide superior service to our customers.More specifically, your main tasks will be:Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person or by phone.Respond promptly and respectfully to customers inquiries.Ensure follow up on orders, if required;Provide support to mobile device users.Enter and process orders.Participate in training sessions on new products;Provide telephone and email technical support that is prompt, efficient and courteousPromote Richelieu’s products and services.Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability and delivery status.Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to the branch as requiredAny other related task.Requirements:Enjoy contact with people and have a professional attitude.A natural disposition to provide exceptional customer service.An aptitude to quickly develop and communicate expert product knowledge.An ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.A background in the woodworking industry would be helpful but not necessary.Knowledge of MS Office.Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).What we are offeringA balance between work and personal lifeThe possibility of having a hybrid scheduleA dynamic and inspiring environmentA competitive salary that is based on the market. A progressive salary driven by performance and managed by objectives results. An Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP). A group insurance plan to meet your personal needs.Competitively priced products
