Job Duties :

  • Prepare, key in and edit invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related business material.
  • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Entering and updating customer orders.
  • Contact customers to rebook orders.
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries.
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.
  • Assist the administrative staff as needed.

Computer and internet skills, including entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Teams)

Exceptional written and oral English language communication skills; Accounting experience; inventory management; Procurements experience; Interest and General knowledge in plants and gardening; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic group environment; Willing to work overtime; Spanish language asset; APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: To apply, please send your resume
