Heritage Christian Online School (HCOS) is a K-12 Provincial Online Learning School, providing fully accredited, Christian education to students in BC. As one of Western Canada’s largest online schools, we connect teachers with families and students to provide guidance and support via personalized, online, and face-to-face options.HCOS has an opening for an LG Learning Camps Administrator Lower Mainland & Island. This is a part-time remote permanent position at 24 hours per week. The primary role of the LG Learning Camps Administrator Lower Mainland & Island is to provide oversight of the Learning Camps program, provide leadership and support to those involved in Learning Camps and oversee Learning Camp opportunities in the areas of the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and Virtually province wide, as well as to work together with the Learning Groups team as a whole.As the LG Learning Camps Administrator Lower Mainland & Island, your duties and responsibilities will include:LG Admin: Collaborate with Coordinators, Teachers, Service Providers, LG Office support, part of Regional TeamsParticipate in LG Team meetingsAttend school leadership and work collaboratively with Regional leadershipParticipate in school and community functionsSupport LG team to help develop, coach and deliver training and tools Learning Camps Admin: Oversight of Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and Virtual Learning CampsManage area including budgetary and programmingAssist with hiring, training and onboardingAssist in communication, developing and maintaining training resources, tools and coaching sessions We are looking for someone with the following Qualifications & Skills: Demonstrated commitment and lifestyle reflective of the KCCS Foundational BeliefsCurrent BC Certified teacherExperience with HCOS Learning GroupsExperience with administration, budgeting and fiscal managementTime management skills, can manage multiple tasks with varying deadlinesStrong organizational, problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, service-minded individual with a flexible attitude towards innovation and changeTechnically proficient in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspacePreference to those living in the region they are supporting, as occasional travel to meetings and event locations is required What we offer: Competitive wage $40-$45 per hour3 weeks annual vacationBenefits of: Life Insurance & Dependent Life InsuranceLong Term DisabilityExtended Health and BenefitsHealth Spending AccountEmployee and Family Support ProgramRRSP Match program
