Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our London and Windsor locations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department. Duties & Responsibilities Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory Providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures Assisting in the management of branch account receivables in conjunctions with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations Other duties as assigned Required Skills Must be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate department,s key business partners, and customers Confident decision making skills in regards to financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract will be required   Required Experience Ability to lead a team in a sales environment Strong communication of company goals from month to month Strong Negotiation skills     Discover The Brandt Advantage When you work for Brandt, we work for you.  It’s as simple as that.  That means on-the-job education to develop new skills, advancement opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package and more – all backed by unmatched job security.
