Junior Investor Reporting Account Analyst

Description:TEKsystems client wants to add an ambitious and driven Junior Investor Reporting Account Analyst to their growing team!This role is open to candidates in Vancouver or Calgary. If you have an accounting degree and at least 1 year of booking, AP, AR or Reconciliation experience and want to change your role, this could be for you!About the RolePrepare monthly reconciliations by internal standards and procedures, ensuring balances and activities reported are accurate, timely, and within the investor guidelinesComplete remittance reports to the investor in accordance with investor guidelines and contractual agreementsPrepare remittance transfers to investors daily or as requiredWork with the investor and/or custodian in meeting existing reporting requirements as well as any change requests, answer questions, and address concerns as requiredPool mortgages for sale to investors as mortgage-backed securities.Prepare and submit all government-required forms and documentsBalance all sales and liquidations dailyComplete investor setup on a servicing-based system to ensure accuracyHelp to identify gaps in process and work within the team to improve efficienciesAnalyze, research, and resolve errors and reporting differences as communicated through reports, email transmissions, or verbal inquiriesSupport both internal and external audit requirementsComply with all internal standards and guidelines as well as all federally and provincially regulated policies and laws related to Investor Servicing, Investor Reporting, Securitization, NHA, CMB, MBS, and Privacy lawsSupport system testingSkills & Qualifications:1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or BillingAn accounting degree or 1+ year of relevant experienceDemonstrate professionalism, judgment, and integrity in daily operationsHave proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and work independentlyHave high attention to detail À propos de TEKsystems: Nous sommes partenaires dans la transformation.
