We are currently looking for an operations specialist to join our dynamic and growing team.

Operations / Shipping and Receiving

  • Managing day-to-day operations
  • Optimizing operational processes, and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Pick/pack/ship online, retail and distributor orders
  • Quality Control of products before its shipped to customers
  • Get accurate freight quotes for orders
  • Arrange shipping, prepare shipping documents, and book courier pickup and dock time
  • Work with suppliers on shipments
  • Coordinate with other operations and production staff members for raw material top up and preparation
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Manage warehouse. Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Organize warehouse and maximize warehouse spacing.
  • Tracking and reporting on operational performance.

Purchasing

  • Generate Purchase Orders for supplies
  • Follow up and update delivery dates of purchase orders
  • Process Receiving Transactions
  • Assist in sourcing, qualifying, and grading vendors
  • eCommerce Platforms such as Shopify, Square Space, Wix etc.
  • Shipping and logistics
  • Prepare export and import documents
  • Inventory management

Requirements :

  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking and strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Available to work extended hours
  • Detail-oriented is a MUST

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : From $17.50 per hour
