Parts and Service Coordinator

We require someone who is energetic with a positive attitude to keep up with a fastpaced environment. The position is responsible for locating required parts, providing pricing to customers and completing purchase orders and invoicing.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Unloading, receiving and storing incoming parts and other materials
  • Locate/ price out parts and other materials
  • ship parts to customers and other locations
  • provide assistance to service technicians as required
  • maintain inventory and current pricing is correct
  • Write up work orders and invoicing once complete
  • post all incoming payables to purchase orders
  • process warranty claims
  • process ICBC claims
  • Schedule work orders

Salary : $22.00-$25.00 per hour

  • Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
