Your Opportunity:Hanna Health Centre is searching for a Registered Nurse to provide care in a medical inpatient acute care setting. The Hanna Health Centre is comprised of a 24-hour Emergency Department, a 17-bed Acute Care ward, and a 61-bed Long Term Care facility. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of quality care following the policies and guidelines of Alberta Health Services. You will also demonstrate genuine interest and respect for our patients and utilize your knowledge, skills, and abilities to competently provide direct patient and family-centered care. Utilizing your strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide care to clients across the life span. You will ensure the development, implementation and ongoing administration of the client care plans. You will assess, coordinate, supervise, administer and evaluate the provision of health services and healthcare resources. Hanna is located 199 km from Red Deer, with a population of 2,673. The town offers its residents a friendly, safe, and small-town lifestyle. Hanna residents benefit from a wide variety of amenities within the town, such as the Aquatic Centre for swimming, Centennial Place for fitness and other activities, and two lakes within 15 kilometres of the town where residents can waterski or enjoy the sandy beaches.
