In this role, you'll handle a variety of office administrator tasks like handling inbound calls, managing orders, coordinating technician schedules, and handling various types of documentation. Each day, you'll use your customer service mindset as well as your strong attention to detail. Some of the detail work you'll handle includes tasks with QuickBooks, processing orders, and coordination of a complex schedule. Not only will you need to ensure each customer request is taken care of, but you'll also be looking ahead and anticipating problems so you can work that into your schedule management.

Administrative Assistant Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of recent office administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
  • Very reliable and excellent attendance history in previous positions

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $45,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
