Customer Service Representative

Evolution Technologies is looking for talent who is committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our head office in Port Coquitlam, BC.

Please note that this is a fixed term (18 months) position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Arranging Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Support service, maintenance of products
  • Record keeping and logging of all service calls
  • Updating and maintaining client information files, data entry

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ work experience in a customer service role, preferably in wholesale trade and medical supplier industry
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented with great problem-solving skills
  • Team player who works well under pressure, independently and as a member of a team
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to type 50+ WPM
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Applicants must hold valid work authorization in Canada

Job Types : Full-time, Fixed term contract Contract length: 18 months

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Education :

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience :

  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
