Powersports Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Halifax location.

Rallye Motoplex & Marine has 2 convenient locations which currently represents 20 Brands: BMW Motorrad, Ducati, Four Winns, G3 Boats, Hisun, Indian Motorcycle, MasterCraft, Mercury, NauticStar, Polaris, Polaris Slingshot, QuickSilver Inflatables, Suncatcher, Suzuki, Triumph, Volvo Penta, Yamaha, and Zero Motorcycles along with many aftermarket offerings and more on the way. Responsibilities :

• Lead and train service teams on all processes from check in to check out
• Hands on training with advisors on communicating with customers
• Monitor and ensure service team training is up to date with all manufacturers
• Ensure staff remains on tasks and all departments remains in great shape
• Continuously work at monitoring and reducing cost inefficiencies
• Oversee all work in progress and ensure invoicing
• Manage schedules
• Manage Parts “service rep”
• Responsible for ensuring we meet manufacture requirements onCustomer Satisfaction with each brand
• Dispatch and work with Technicians on quality control
• Responsible for hiring and growing the service department to the next level
