We've partnered with our client in the Hospitality/Tourism industry in their search for a Director of Human Resources. You'll need a proven track record of: Leadership; Employee Relations; and the ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of business outcomes. Here's what you'll be doing: -        Provide leadership and strategic guidance on HR policies and programs. -        Plan, develop, and implement organizational change, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, job evaluation, compensation, training and development, performance management, employee relations. -        Represent the company at job fairs and/or trade shows. -        Develop compensation structures, stay on top of competitive wage rates, etc. -        Ensure compliance across the board (employment law, government policy, legal, legislative etc.) -        Analyze training needs, including health and safety. Job Requirements: Here's what you'll need to be considered: -        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field required (CPHR an asset). -        10+ Year’ experience (hospitality, tourism, or outdoor recreation an asset). -        Solid leadership experience. -        Experience conducting training for large teams.
