Job duty:
- Manage operation to drive delivery performance and meet weekly operation needs.
- Manage and collaborate with design team and process engineers to ensure production process execution is working as expected.
- Identify improvement initiatives to increase assembling team efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and drive inventory reduction plans to reduce carrying cost.
- Ensure production record data (manpower log, production record, etc.) integrity to reflect day by day operations.
- Maintain compliance with all production workplace requirements and ethical standards.
Skills and Experience
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing management
- Demonstrate superior interpersonal written and oral skills in daily relations and reporting/status.
- Maintain complete and effective lines of communication with staff and management.
- Management experience with ability to mentor, coach and inspire teams.
