INTERMEDIATE OR SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

Responsibilities

You will participate in all phases of our projects by being responsible for the production and writing of technical documents for projects of various types and sizes. Multi-residential, urban, hotels, spas, institutional, industrial...there is something for everyone!

  • Perform surveys
  • Design, prepare and review construction drawings and specifications
  • Solve technical problems
  • Research documentation related to existing buildings (plans, reports, etc.)
  • Ensure that projects adhere to the contract documents and the building and safety codes
  • Coordinate the work of different disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural)
  • Research products and support architects in the selection of materials
  • Estimate the cost of construction budget
  • Collaborate in the coordination and management of construction and site administration documents
  • Make site visits and liaise with construction managers, owners representatives, general contractors and their sub-trades

  • College diploma in architecture technology.
  • 7+ years experience.
  • Good knowledge and use of Revit is required.
  • Written and spoken English and French proficiency.
  • Autonomy, problem resolving skills, rigor, organisational skills, interpersonal abilities.
