Project Manager's Responsibilities include :

  • Professionally represent the Paul Davis Values and Basics.
  • Receive loss assignment.
  • Contact property owner within the timelines set by the company guidelines or according to program requirements for specific losses/carriers.
  • Be on site within the timelines set by the company guidelines or according to program requirements for specific losses/carriers.
  • Utilize computer software and systems.
  • Prepare an accurate scope.
  • Achieve a closing ratio of seventy-percent or higher.
  • Prepare an estimate and budget within the timelines set by the company guidelines or according to program requirements for specific losses/carriers.
  • Secure approved scope and price with the insurer.
  • Deliver necessary paperwork and maintain relationship with insurer.
  • Deliver necessary paperwork to property owner and secure the contract.
  • Deliver necessary paperwork to administrative department.
  • Deliver work orders to production coordinator.
  • Maintain constant communication with property owner.
  • Assist in ensuring the job starts within a timely manner.
  • Secure necessary permits.
  • Maintain professionalism
  • Communicate with other team members about project progress, completion, conditions.
  • Review job costs and prepare file for closing.
  • Follow established safety procedures.
  • Perform on call rotation as needed.
