Will you be part of this exciting journey? The VP, Digital Manufacturing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital manufacturing initiatives. This role will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation throughout our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team and an inspiring leader who can drive the adoption of new technologies, data-driven solutions, focused on talent development and building a winning culture. The VP, Digital Manufacturing will be responsible for prioritizing initiatives successful implementations and driving positive business outcomes. This leader will also develop digital strategy, prioritize investments and ensure global programs land successfully with the right change management oversight.   Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. • Identify key technology trends and opportunities to enhance manufacturing capabilities. • Collaborate with senior executives, to understand business objectives and provide technology solutions that drive growth and profitability. • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to define, prioritize and deliver the technology strategy and roadmap along with the digital transformation strategic agenda. • Provide the strategic mindset and capability to collaborate extensively with stakeholders to identify areas for the organization to unlock the power of digital manufacturing. • Drive automation and continuous improvement of efforts and approaches to establish the desired future state in concert with business priorities. • Be a leader on emerging digital innovation opportunities and develop the organization-wide digital vision and supporting strategy. • Lead technology investment plans, including budgeting, forecasting and business case development. Build business adoption plans, resourcing plans and identify vendor alternatives. Drive change management and business outcomes. • Foster a growth mindset and fail-fast culture that promotes continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation. • Partner with business stakeholders to accelerate and improve the customer experience, business processes, and partner ecosystem opportunities in alignment with the Digitalization Agenda.   Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or equivalent experience. • Approximately 10+ years of experience leading an integrated technology function to enhance performance and outcomes. • Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and technology implementation. • Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies, including IoT, AI, automation, and data analytics. • Demonstrated track record highlighting the ability to think strategically, build a shared vision and articulate it in a way that wins support across the wider team and organization • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development • Ability to inspire and engage a diverse workforce to effectively meet current and future organizational requirements. • Experience building, empowering, motivating, and inspiring high-performing data and engineering teams and instilling a culture of creativity, accountability, and productivity. • Experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development. • Strong technology leadership across diverse global corporate and executive information technology systems.   The above information indicates the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
