We are looking for a hardworking Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you may perform various tasks related to billing and payroll, support vendor relations, Invoicing, reconcile accounting statements, answer telephones, file paperwork, and scan documents.

Responsibilities :

  • Invoicing
  • Posting payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Posting accounts payable
  • Following up on accounts receivable
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Calculate and prepare payroll
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Other Administrative duties as requested.

Job Types : 6 months, Contract

Salary : $17.00 - 20 per Hour ( Depending on the experience)
