Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future. You will lead our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis efforts, providing strategic insights that drive our business forward. This is not just about numbers; it’s about telling the story behind them, influencing decision-making, and crafting the blueprint for our financial success.

Location: Montréal, Québec (Hybrid work model available)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that support Transformer Table’s objectives.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, providing accurate and timely financial recommendations to executive management.
  • Enhance financial reporting and analysis tools, processes, and methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and financial visibility.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for financial optimization and strategic investments.
  • Oversee the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • 7 - 9 years experience in a similar role.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record in FP&A, ideally within the e-commerce or manufacturing sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a master at turning data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the knack for explaining complex financial information in a clear, concise manner.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA or CFA would be a plus.
