A Typical Day for the Administrative Clerk :

Greeting all customers
Promptly answer telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate departments
Ordering office supplies
Sort incoming, outgoing and customer statement mail
Lien Administration Support
Other administrative duties as required.

What You Bring :

Minimum: High School Diploma
Previous experience with office administration an asset
Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter with fast learning abilities
Knowledge of Excel would be an asset
Must be able to participate in and encourage a culture of continuous improvement
