Durée de l'emploi: Permanent Langue de travail: Anglais Heures de travail: 40 hours per week Education: Expérience: Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Work site environment Noisy Hot Cold/refrigerated Odours Outdoors Work setting On-site customer service Relocation costs not covered by employer Tasks Install and overhaul heating systems Install refrigeration systems Install ventilation, air handling and air conditioning systems Interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation Measure and lay out reference points for installation Prepare tenders and quotations Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements Troubleshoot heating systems Troubleshoot ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components Coach and instruct apprentices Measure, cut and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment Provide customer service Start up system and test for leaks using testing devices Perform maintenance such as, recharging system with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators or calibrating system Interpret gas codes Handle, recover and store refrigerants Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation or heat pump systems Control systems Electrical devices On-board diagnostics Direct digital control system Air conditioning and refrigeration systems Rooftop (self-contained) Heat pump Air motioning and circulation Filtration Built up (split system) Humidification and de-humidification system Ventilation Cooling tower Security and safety Criminal record check Driver's validity licence check Transportation/travel information Valid driver's licence Vehicle supplied by employer Work conditions and physical capabilities Physically demanding Handling heavy loads Standing for extended periods Bending, crouching, kneeling Attention to detail Manual dexterity Own tools/equipment Tools Steel-toed safety boots Gloves Personal suitability Punctuality Accurate Client focus Dependability Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Initiative Judgement Reliability Team player Screening questions Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?
