Administrative Assistant to the HR department

In summary, the role of an Administrative Agent in the Human Resources department will be to support the entire HR team in carrying out administrative tasks, whether in the context of following up files or in the preparation of various documents or communications related to human resources. Permanent Position Location City Saint-Laurent Salary of 55k Schedule of 37.5 hrs/week from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hybrid Formula after training Competitive benefits 3 Weeks of vacation: A pay progression focused on performance through the achievement of objectives. Responsibilities: Reply to emails received in general HR inboxes Take charge of files or hand them over to the right person Updating documents and preparing press releases that must be sent to divisions Background checks on applications before preparing job offer documents when the file is completed Preparation of the documents required so that team members can properly welcome and integrate new employees Support the HR team in the administrative management of several other files Qualifications: Bilingualism, good oral and written communication in French and English Have relevant experience in administrative support or in a similar position Hold a professional or college diploma or any other diploma in a discipline relevant to the functions Good computer knowledge of the MS Office suite Organized, autonomous, attention to detail, multitasking Priority management Team spirit Good interpersonal skills Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality Who has a very good work organization and who is able to manage several projects simultaneously Who demonstrates resourcefulness and autonomy. Who has attention to detail, quality and a job well done. Who is able to communicate orally and in writing. Who has a positive attitude and good team spirit. Who has strong interpersonal skills.
