Franchise Performance Coaching Manager - contract position

This role is a fixed term contract position for 13 months.What you’ll do:Provide leadership and support to the Canadian FPC Team that involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and creating tailored COMPASS System coaching plans to address these needs. Facilitate annual business planning sessions with the FPC Team aimed at improving unit economics. Support FPC’s on their Quarterly Priorities, maintaining a focus on local execution of the core Franchise strategies. Set monthly objectives for the team that support the organizations priorities such as promotions, technology launches etc.  Foster and environment of personal accountability for all Canadian retail stores to adopt all the Expedia Cruises systems and is compliant in all areas of our Brand Standards. Ensure FPCs are supported and knowledgeable of all center operations through CruiseDesk to support growth. Manage and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes within the franchise system initiating continuous improvements to enhance franchisee performance and overall operational efficiency. Monitor FPC performance through data analysis and regular 1:1 coaching check-in’s that provides constructive feedback on performance metrics, highlighting strengths and areas requiring improvement to drive overall business success.  Shoppers Confidential Program  Manage the full Shoppers Confidential program and the execution of secret shops.  Send monthly spend updates to the Sr Manager & Operations Sr Director on Shopper Program  Send Shop requests to Manager at Shoppers Confidential  Update FPC team on shops results and necessary action plan follow-ups.  Manage the shopper's document to track all changes throughout the year.  Brand Compliance Program  Manage weekly updates to FPCs on Compliance Progress, Defaults, and Action Plans. Attend Bi-Weekly Compliance Meetings with Franchise Services. Manage and update the Compliance Dashboard with all assessments.  Manage Canadian FPC Action Plans and discussions with Franchisees.  Manage and maintain strategic Confluence Page.  Merchandise brand compliance communications via internal corporate portals. ​Project Management: Develops project plans, defines timeframe, and prioritizes tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives. Identifies the type of resources required to support a project and makes recommendations. Monitors progress to meet project milestones, timelines, specifications, and requirements. Uses analytics to make or support decisions and businesses cases.Who you are:3-5+ years experience leading a field coaching team preferably within the franchise industry.  Experience working with franchisees.Can rally others around common goals and bring them along.Excellent organizational skills and project management skills.Can build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships.Strong communication skills that can inspire others to take action.Strong ability to effectively collaborate across functions and departments. An attention to detail and be process driven.The ability to see connections in data, events and trends.Demonstrates a passion and ability for continuous improvement.Must be comfortable in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment.Ability to have candid and direct conversations that lead to positive outcomes. Proficiency with pBI, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and other online tools.Ability to travel when needed (including travel outside of the US and Canada).Be productive within a flexible working arrangement of home-based office and onsite office, splitting your time equally between both.​
