We are currently recruiting for a 40 unit apartment complex in Brandon, MB. Resident Manager couples are encouraged to apply. Compensation includes a two bedroom suite with some utilities included, an additional $1,500.00 a month, and additional pay for maintenance/suite cleaning.
Job Duties
- Tenant relations
- Showing and leasing suites
- Move in and move out reports
- Responding to maintenance requests from tenants and coordinating work with onsite trades and office staff
- Monitoring the onsite cleaners and third party contractors
- Rent collections and taking rental payments to the local bank
- Admin duties as required (payroll, invoicing, creating notices, etc.)
- Other duties may be required by management
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Trades/maintenance experience an asset
- Property management/resident manager experience an asset
- Clear criminal record check required
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
