Construction Site Supervisor

Overview: Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and progress reports

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong budgeting and cost control abilities
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $31,000.00 per year
