ROOM ATTENDANT
About this Role
What you’ll get to DO!
- Clean Guest rooms and bathrooms to a high standard
- Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, soap and toiletries
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Respond to guest request in a timely and friendly manner
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need to be Successful!
- Must be at least 19 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and bending
