We strive to provide a seamless and personalized client experience!About the Associate Insurance Advisor:The Associate Insurance Advisor plays a key role in supporting and developing agency operations through outbound prospecting, client contact and sales activities. They will focus on the development and growth of home and auto line portfolios. The Associate Insurance Advisor will identify prospects within the books of business and outside of the book of business, determine needs and as a trusted Associate Advisor, make informed product recommendations.As the Associate Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for: Support agency growth through the sales and service of home and auto Insurance products. Proactively complete client reviews, focusing on the home and auto portfolio, and cross-selling financial advice products and services. Complete front-line risk assessment and selection, following underwriting guidelines. Complete inspections as required. Respond to and investigate client questions and concerns, resolve client complaints and escalate issues appropriately. Participating in events to create brand awareness and developing, maintaining, and cultivating community contacts to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities. Working with clients to review goals, providing risk management advice and recommendations for coverage, completing policy updates, and documenting required changes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information. Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and product updates. All other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will have: General (OTL) License will be required. Minimum 1 - 2 years insurance experience in home and auto. Must hold current and valid Ontario driver’s license. Provide and maintain own reliable vehicle and cell phone. Proven networking and client acquisition skills. Ability to develop a strong referral network. Willing to learn, goal focus, positive minded and coachable. You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
