Inside Account Manager

Tytan Glove & Safety Inc. has been providing PPE products to industry for over two decades in Canada. Our parent company, Magid Glove & Safety Mfg. in Chicago, Illinois, has been a leader in the PPE industry for the past 77 years.

Bilingual in French and English will be considered an asset, but not required.

These will be your Key Responsibilities:

  • The Account Manager will help with implementations of new agreements for their assigned corporate accounts.
  • Assist with product standardization efforts for their assigned corporate accounts.
  • Build and facilitate business reviews with the Director of Customer Support & Safety Solutions and key customer contacts to continue to promote Tytan’s value proposition.
  • Manage the customer’s rebate program internally. Ensure volume and incentives are being accrued correctly and are issued to the customer on time.
  • Assists Finance and Sales with open A/R.
  • Coordinates the annual pricing and adjustment reviews with corporate customers. Works with analysts and the DCS to adjust price to terms of the contract.
  • Facilitates the implementation of inventory solutions where applicable.
  • Communicates with the sales team and internal departments to establish the customer’s expectations and define success for the relationship.
  • Enter and maintain customer information in internal systems.
  • Facilitate Value-Added program introduction and implementation.
  • Interact with customer virtually or in face-to-face meetings.
  • Contract renewal preparation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong work ethic.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Very organized with super motivated to succeed.
  • The ability to work well with upper management with mínimal supervision.
  • Dedicated.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Competitive by nature.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs/CRM.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and Canadian passport.
