Your role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients. <strong>Who You Are:</strong> You are a people person who excels in customer service and communication. You have at least two years of experience in a high-paced customer service role, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with office equipment. You can multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor. <strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong> Two years in a customer service role. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and email. Familiar with debit machines, photocopiers, and fax machines. Ability to work under pressure and follow directions. High school diploma. Willing to commute or relocate to Thunder Bay, ON. <strong>Bonus Requirements:</strong> Experience in a high-paced office. Strong organizational skills. Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic office.
