IDC Communications has an opportunity for a detail-orientated, ambitious and results driven individual with strong communication skills as a Sales Consultant in Portage la Prairie, MB.

Average earnings for this position are $17.50/hour with the potential to make more.

The Sales Consultant’s role is one of true importance. As a Sales Consultant with IDC, you will build relationships with your customers while continuously learning as the telecommunications industry is ever changing.

Key Qualifications include:

• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and have fun doing it!
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
• Experience in Sales is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use probing questions and sales techniques to qualify customers before selling a product or service.
• Be a brand ambassador for IDC Communications which includes looking for new sales opportunities while at work as well as on personal time.
• Keep up to date on current devices, promotions, and services. Make sure to constantly be researching competitive offers through websites and phone calls.
• Greeting customers and answer phones.
• Complete all paperwork fully, accurately and file in the correct areas.
• Keep general work area clean and participate in end of day store cleaning if on a closing shift.
• Consistently review and assess sales targets.
• Always conduct yourself in a professional matter, whether at work, attending company events and discussing sales opportunities outside of work.

This is a full-time position at Bell Portage La Prairie.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $34,000.00-$45,760.00 per year
