PAL Technical Services is a leader in international aerospace and defense design, development and operation of airborne surveillance aircraft, line maintenance, heavy maintenance checks and modifications. We provide a wide range of aviation and related services to domestic and international markets. PAL Technical Services is currently seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team.Location– Various (travel required).Job Duties:In the role of FSR you will be company representative and point of contact for all aspects of PAL’s outsourced or remote programs.Providing guidance and decision making for vendors as it relates to various programs, PAL’s FSR will provide technical support and support the resolution of complex aircraft technical issues.Ensure all best practices and regulatory requirements are met for all PAL aircraft and or equipment.Serve as the liaison between PAL and its vendors and ensure clear communication and decision making as it pertains to PAL programs.Provide factual, concise, and relevant reports to stakeholders for PAL and its vendors.Support the maintenance of program budgets and timelines for all outsourced work.Skill Requirements:AME License with minimum of 10 years experience.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Able to lead a team.Strong computer skills.Excellent people skills such as active listening and conflict management.Have strong project management skills.What we offer:Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Defined Contribution Pension PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEmployee Tuition Assistance ProgramEmployee and Family Assistance ProgramPersonal travel privileges with PAL and interline agreements with multiple airlinesCLOSING DATE: Applications will be accepted until May 24th, 2024PAL Technical Services is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that celebrates and encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion whereby individuals are recognized, supported, and respected.
