Your role will include: Reviewing RFPs and establish a winning pursuit strategy with support from the Proposal Sponsor and other technical experts.Providing a clear understanding of the client requirements and the must haves to win.Leading the preparation of high-quality persuasive proposals by facilitating a proposal kick-off meeting, preparing the proposal format to meet the RFP requirements, and drafting persuasive language to meet the win strategy and make JLR stand out.Collaborating with various JLR personnel and subconsultants in the preparation of response documents for proposals.Writing new or updating CVs for proposals.Editing and reviewing content with meticulous attention to grammar, punctuation, style, tone, and consistency.Managing multiple pursuits simultaneously, while establishing priorities and associated schedules for researching, drafting, revising, and submitting proposals.Using advanced tools such as Adobe InDesign to create refined and polished documents.Assisting the Proposal Sponsor and other technical experts with creating presentations and preparing for interviews with clients.Mentoring junior Proposal Coordinators.Participating in proposal debrief meetings and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.
