In this role, the Assistant General Manager creates and maintains a customer-driven hotel with a vision that inspires the associates to do their best. Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with hotel's profitability goals. The role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment. They will assist the General Manager in leading the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies and service delivery.Who you are?
