Role & Responsibilities :

  • Review financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess the financial stability of applicants
  • Analyze customer payment history and behaviour to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate credit limits
  • Monitor customer accounts regularly to identify delinquencies or potential defaults
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and collections to resolve any credit-related issues or disputes
  • Maintain accurate records of credit assessments, decisions, and customer interactions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to credit management

Experience :

  • Professional with 2 to 3 years of Credit Risk experience or experience within the financial services industry
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, is an asset
  • Knowledge of credit risk management principles and the factors that contribute to risk, with the ability to assess, measure and monitor risk
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, credit analysis techniques, and risk assessment methodologies
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to find win-win solutions
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of mathematical concepts related to credit calculations
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
