Property Maintenance Administrator Worker

Purpose of this Position : Maintains the day-to-day operations and assumes responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the General Manager

Major Responsibilities : The main responsibilities for the Maintenance Administrator include, but are not limited to: Ø Complete all maintenance requests issued in a timely manner

Ø Maintains accurate and complete maintenance service and repair orders

Ø Work within budget limits established

Ø Maintain building inventory for cost-effective operations

Ø Implement the Preventive Maintenance Plan

Ø Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors

Ø Monitor and maintain all building systems

Ø Physically inspects, identifies, and corrects unsafe conditions in and around property

Ø Maintains grounds in a neat and orderly manner

Ø Ensure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, Province and Federal guidelines

Ø Maintains positive resident, customer relations/service attitude

Ø Inputting deals into Broker Wolf accounting system; Ø Processing resale and pre-construction deals; Ø Performs additional duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

Ø Maintenance of two (2) years or more

Ø Strong interpersonal communication skills

Ø Working knowledge of the Building Code, Fire Code, and the Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario

Ø Knowledge in a variety of trade areas common to the field of building maintenance

Ø Must possess good oral and written communication skills and blueprint reading skills.

Ø A reliable vehicle and basic set of tools is preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Salary : From $33,294.76 per year
