  • Measure and mark sheet metal according to template

  • Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape or straighten sheet metal

  • Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification

  • Develop computerized pattern and layout

  • Supervise other workers

  • Cut materials using power tools or by hand

  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems

  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

  • Fit and join sheet metal parts

  • Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses :

  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification

  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate

  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course Specialization or experience :
