This position will be located at a construction project located north of Port Severn, Ontario.

Reporting to the Project Manager the role of a Site Clerk is to perform administrative responsibilities for the success of the project. These responsibilities include:

  • Daily completion of payroll from site time sheets;
  • Purchasing of materials and supplies;
  • Creating Purchase Orders and reconciling receipt of materials to ensure suppliers are paid;
  • Coordinating travel for employees on the site;
  • Completion of the equipment logs (as needed);
  • Completing necessary reports for site management;
  • Managing other administrative tasks, as required.

Completion of post-secondary education, preferably in Administration; Minimum 2 years of office experience; Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite; Bilingual (an asset), but proficiency in English language with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is required.
