What you’ll be doing: The Sales & Finance Manager role is one of leadership; overseeing New and Pre-Owned Sales. This role drives the performance of the dealership by attracting and retaining great talent and creating exceptional buying and ownership experiences for your customers, neighbours and friends. You will oversee and engage in all aspects of the sales process, including price to market. You will also train and mentor sales staff to keep skills sharp and sales flowing. As much as we want you to lead the charge and bring dynamic, new ideas to the table, we know our corporate systems work like a charm, so you’ll be accountable for executing our successful policies and processes. And with your solid understanding of financial and operational reporting, be able to teach, coach, and mentor others on them as well. You’ll maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives for the sales department while providing prompt, dependable, high quality, so-good-people-will-sing-songs-about-it service to both your internal and external customers.
