Job Summary

  • As a Sales and Customer Enablement Specialist, you will contact the target audience, perform interviews to gather the Voice of Customer (VOC), and communicate your findings internally.
  • You will co-lead our sales efforts, develop strategy, and identify various approaches to increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Communication with High Schools, Parents, and Learners to gather VOC, expectations, and pain points.
  • Interacting with internal teams to evolve the products and services to improve customer experience and add value.
  • Having fun working with internal and external teams who love business and entrepreneurship!

Qualifications

  • Sales, Customer Success experience, or related education
  • Experience working in Education Industry is an asset
  • Flexible working time
