About the role

As a Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in this by creating the tools and trainings our employees need for every step along their Future Electronics journey.
How you will make an impact:
● Design, develop, and deliver interactive and engaging trainings both online and in-person
● Stay up to date with learning theories, best practices, and trends
● Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create thorough training material
● Support internal communications related to Learning & Development
● Contribute to the continuous evolution of Future Electronic’s Learning & Development strategies
We’re looking for someone with
● A degree in an education-related field
● 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design and adult learning
● 3 to 5 years of experience creating interactive and engaging e-learning courses (bonus points if you’ve used Articulate, Adobe, and video editing software)
● Excellent writing skills who pays close attention to detail
● Strong communication skills: you are comfortable presenting to colleagues and management
It’d be great if you have
● Experience working with a learning management system (LMS)
● Business acumen and experience working in a corporate environment
