This role will be responsible for participating in an Agile team in maintaining and enhancing a sophisticated suite of Front Office products with over 200+ clients. This suite includes OMS, PMS, Compliance, and Trading functionality.Key Job Functions/Responsibilities: Design, engineer, and test software in accordance with company and team policiesWork in an Agile process with team members to develop high quality software that meets requirementsResearch and introduce new technologies and approaches to assist the team in greater efficienciesParticipate in technical design roadmapsChampion and follow the adoption of design and coding best practices and standardsMaintain compliance with corporate enterprise standards and policies Qualifications:8+ years experience in a Professional Software Engineering roleBachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalentExperience: Expert in C# / .NETExperience integrating market data feeds/API: Bloomberg, FactSet, RefinitivKnowledge of Order Management Systems fundamentalsComprehensive knowledge of software architecture and agile SDLCExperience with SQL Server, stored procedures, temp tables, indexesExcellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, patterns, and anti-patternsThorough knowledge of multi-processing, threading, synchronization, concurrency, latency, bandwidthSOA, DDD, CQRS, micro-servicesStrong experience in financial software applicationsKnowledge of OMS fundamentalsResiliency and DR friendly designsKnowledge of industry trends, advancements, methodologies, and best practices in cloud technologies including serverless architectures and advanced data storage techniques Advanced analytic and diagnostic skillsRecruitment Process Throughout your application process, you may be asked to connect with us virtually or in-person.
