As the Project Manager you acts as a trusted advisor to our clients, representing their interests at all times to multiple stakeholders and providing technical and project leadership to the teams they oversee. Our people are not only Project Managers, they are Project Leaders who take a client centric approach to project delivery. Responsibilities Planning and coordinating project management activities including financial, planning and contracting aspects Working with a variety of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Word, MS Excel, etcSupport senior team members in project documentation and co-ordinationProduce internal and external project status reportsManage and update project budget data and reports on individual project financial statusesReview budget data and be able to forecast project services costs for each quarterCo-ordinate consultant drawings, documentation and other submissions amongst the project team for review and commentsAssist design managers in compiling multi-discipline reports for client reviewMaintain high standards related to final product qualityAssist with overall project performance including forecasting, costing, scheduling, and quality assurance Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management managing projects A university degree in engineering, architecture or other related disciplineEffective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issuesExcellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applicationsPMP, ., OAA designation or other industry recognized credentials are considered assetsFrench/English bilingual is considered a strong assetMust hold or be eligible for Reliability or Secret level security clearance from the Federal GovernmentDon’t have every single qualification?
