Child Care Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vaughan, ON for a Child Care Manager. The Child Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the child care center, including managing staff, developing and implementing programs, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. The Child Care Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children, as well as building strong relationships with parents and families.

• Possess a valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma or degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a child care setting
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of child development and early childhood education curriculum
• Familiarity with licensing regulations and health and safety practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
• Strong commitment to the well-being and development of children
