Entry Level - Customer Service Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working in a call center environment, serve as the first point of contact for all ClubLink Member inquiries and tee times bookings
  • Investigate inquiries and concerns about service/product/accounts and solve issues that can be readily resolved
  • Track all Member issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolution
  • Responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable and membership inquiries
  • Monthly reporting of delinquent accounts and sending appropriate correspondence to Members as necessary
  • Update any Member information such as an address, contact information etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Team Player
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Pro
  • General Knowledge of golf
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
