In this role, you will ensure a high caliber of food service for guests and staff through proper preparation and presentation of food, preparing all menu items with strict adherence to specifications in a safe and sanitary manner. You will maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the requirements of the Board of Health. You will work under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.

- Safe food handling course considered an asset
- Knife handling skills considered an asset
- The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
