This full-time position offers $24 per hour and is ideal for candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to high-quality agricultural practices. Agriculture Equipment & Labourer Duties: Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to manage and maneuver heavy agricultural products and pallets. Efficiently store agricultural products using proper categorization, labelling, and First In, First Out (FIFO) methods. Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance on agricultural machinery to ensure continuous operation. Engage in various tasks related to bagging, pelleting, and batching, some of which are computer-automated and others that require manual weighing and mixing. Agriculture Equipment & Labourer Requirements: Experience with electrical systems or wiring, with a focus on agricultural applications, is highly beneficial. Background in warehouse management or inventory control within the agriculture industry. Capable of physically moving, pushing, pulling, and lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg or 55 lbs). Proficient in using both Imperial and Metric units of measurement. Must have forklift experience and a clean criminal record. A strong farming background is a significant asset, as it demonstrates a readiness for physically demanding tasks.
