Are you a computer guru who wants to put your skills and know-how to the benefit of a growing company? Working in the field of high-end custom cabinetry, we are looking for talent driven by challenges! The Cabico&co team is currently made up of a group of dynamic people and looking for an additional person to complete that team! If you're passionate, driven, and energetic this is the role for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users and provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the end user with interest of the end user at the forefront

  • Walk end users through problem-solving process

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software

  • Install computer peripherals for users

  • Efficiently manage inventories

  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel for both facilities

  • Record events and problems and their resolution in a ticketing system.

  • Plan and follow up with end users to ensure their issue has been resolved

  • Gain feedback from end users to improve global IT service

  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services

  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

  • Write training manuals

  • Train end users

  • Participate in the team’s continuous improvement process Technology we use:

  • EDR QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Diploma/University Degree in related field

  • 2 years experience working in an IT support role

  • Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must

  • Bilingual is a strong asset

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is an asset

  • Ability and eagerness to learn new software and technologies
