Accounts Receivable Clerk

JBT Group of Companies is seeking someone with collections experience preferable in the transportation industry for a temporary position that could lead to permanent.

Primary Objective : To collect outstanding receivables.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor all receivables accounts, contact customers about past due invoices, delinquent accounts, short payments,
• Maintain t of notes for accounts to keep current
• Utilize system for follow up calls.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Accounts receivable experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Time Management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints

Desirable :

• Previous experience in transportation sector

Salary : $32,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• AYR, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
