Logistics Clerk - Dollard Des Ormeaux

We are currently looking for a logistics clerk for our client in Dollard Des Ormeaux. This person will be responsible for checking in drivers and entering orders in the in house system. They will also be responsible for doing billing follow ups and dealing with any other tasks within the office. This is a fast pace work environment. Advantages ADVANTAGES Monday- Friday 9AM-5:30PM Contract to Hire Salary $20-23/hr Free Parking Full Kitchen on site Fooseball and Ping Pong Tables on site Dynamic work team Recognized company Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES When the driver arrives to the office, he hands over all his bills from his pick-ups and PODs fromhis deliveries to the Logistics Clerk. All of the driver’s bills to verify that all the bills match to what is written on the driver’s run sheet. Handling customer inquiries via phone, email or in person Entering necessary information into their in house systsem Follow up with carriers when needed Printing labels and scanning Qualifications Experience working in transport and logistics industry an asset Data entry experience Entering orders Bilingual (English / French) (written/spoken) You have 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position - Mastering the Office Suite - Good management of priorities and autonomy in work - Bilingual (English/French) (written/spoken) Excellent communication, follow up and organizational skills If interested in this role or know someone who would be a good fit.
